Perfect fit! They decided to announce that they had indeed decided to have prom this year but of course we have less than a months notice. I don't drive in bigger cities due to anxiety and with my husband's work schedule we were in a bit of a bind! She liked this dress and we decided due to the fast shipping speed we would give it a try if it didn't fit we would only lose a few days. It was a perfect fit so with still two weeks to go we now have all her needs for prom covered thanks to AmazonWe bought this for Homecoming and it was a risk buying a dress online but we took a chance. While it isn't perfect, the sequins are glued, not sewn on. And she expected them to be in a clustered pattern towards to top and thin out towards the hem, as pictured, but they are spread out. I would recommend wearing it with a petticoat to give it some fluff. It was a bit tight in the waist, and shapeless in the bust. But not so much that ruined it. She did complain the sequins rubbing against her arms were hurting her a bit during the night.Overall it was a great dress, and she recieved tons of compliments, but a bit steep in the price for the quality.This dress is very pretty. I love the design and the color! Be warned that it may be wrinkly when it arrives and you will actually need to iron it down or wet it or something to get the wrinkles out. The bust of the dress may stick out from your chest a bit. As far as length, I am 5'9 3/4 (basically 5'10) and it only extended about a foot and a half (give or take a couple inches) down my thigh, so it is short (at least on me). The material is pretty good; nothing is scratchy on the inside and the "satin" is not bad in quality, so I'd say that the dress is what it appears to be overall. Definitely worth the price.I ordered a 12 (I typically wear a 10 in women's) so the sizing is geared more toward a Junior. Customer service is good, and I got refunded promptly for the dress. Quality of the dress was fine and it was cute, overall.The color on the photo looked rose gold to me or somewhat pink. The dress is very gold with cream. The sequins are sewn on, not glue as some have suggested in other product reviews. The sequins were sewn direct into the seam so they were poking my daughters arms and arm pits. I had to remove all those in the underarm seam with tweezers and a small pair of scissors. Over all, the dress was a good value. I would buy it again.The size 6 fits her beautifully. She says that the dress is little itchy under the arms, but she likes it a lot.My daughter wanted to wear this dress for a school thing. It is too short for a teen that is 5'3".This dress is even more beautiful in person. It fit me perfectly. I am a size 10 and it fits true to size. It hits just above my knee. I am 4'11" and weigh 150 lbs. 36C bra size. It zips up to about the waist and laces up the rest of the way. It has a built in bra. The sequins are sewed on the top of the dress and hot glued to the bottom of it. I bought it for a ballet I'm going to next month. Definitely happy with my purchase.
